Instructions:
     Open Thief/Thief2 directory, create a folder named "obj" and place the .bin files there. Open the "obj" folder and create a "txt16" folder there (might be "txt" for thief one).
       Open a mission in Dromed. Close and reopen if it's already open. 
       Open Editor heiarchy>physical>lights>extinguishable>torches>torch
       Edit and rename Ltorch. 
       ADD>Shape>Model Name=ltorch 
       ADD>Tweq>ModelState>{On;[None];0;0}
       ADD>Tweq>Models>{Continue;No limit;Anchor;Random;Jitter high;125;ltorch1;ltorch2;ltorch3;;ltorch}
           (ltorch1,2,&3 are for animated flame. ltorch is without flame for water arrows)
       Create a Ltorch in Drom. You will have to change the size in the Dromed window.
       D=1.25; W=1.25; H=2.5
       You will then have to click on properties and change Physical>ModelDimension>1.5; 1.5; 2.5
